It's a terrible wait. My boyfriend and I sat for about thirty five minutes before our order was taken. Drinks came right away but another half an hour before we got our food. The food was fantastic. Well worth the wait for a Colorado omelette. Our waitress was great but the restaurant is severely under staffed. You could tell she was doing her best. All in all, great food with decent service.
Hostess not friendly. Bathroom toilets plugged up, had to tell them. Guy with plunger came from cooking area. Very slow service. Have been here over 20 mins. Still no food. It’s a pancake house! How long can it take for pancakes?? Oops! Nice waitress came by, said they ran out of batter, making more. Oh my goodness! No wonder there aren’t a lot of people here.....Stay away....
Terrible!!! Waited a hour for our food and we were the only ones there. It was just a party of 7 including myself like damn ...I should of just went to the one in mobile. The womens restroom had paper on the floor and out of order signs on the doors. They only thing was nice was the decor. I will only come back if the staff is different. The manager gave us discount but it just wasn't enough for the service. The waitress never ask if we needed refills basically she just stood by the door waiting on our food. I usually don't write reviews but I hope this location gets better if they want to have some of my coins .
Standard place on the same scale as Dennys, Bob Evans or Waffle House. Food good food temperatures good...hot food hot...cold food cold. Waitresses helpful & attentive. Front staff/hostess needs training & didn't know how to take a to go order. Took 30 minutes for eggs & pancakes...due to order never being put in.
Do not and I emphasize do not go to IHOP in Malbis. This was the worst IHOP experience I have ever had in my life. I spoke with the manager Christine about the condition of the restaurant in the food. There were approximately there was 6 of us at the time which included two children and 4 adults. The bathroom we're filthy both the women in the man. Take the baby to the men's bathroom because it was a little bit cleaner than nowhere in bathroom but still had to clean up the seat and around the sink for her to use the toilet. There were no guests at the IHOP at the time of arrival. There were three service that we saw when we got there. The orders came back wrong some of the product was overcooked and unbeatable. Who wants to pay for brown eggs and cold grits, you could have warm the grits in the microwave. Spoke with the manager before leaving the restaurant, everyone had some type of issue at the time of service. Recommend don't go.
