Summer was our server for a late lunch... and I have to say she was absolutely phenomenal!!! We are traveling with our elderly mother and she took the extra time to listen to her and review the menu. She was so kind and patient! On top of it we realized we were her last customers as she was closing out for her shift, and you would have never known it because she never rushed anything. She made extra sure mom’s order was right. Completely above and beyond in customer service! ❤️
We usually have breakfast there once ot twice per week. Over the last few months the food has been hot and plenty. Most of the servers are very attentive. The price of the food is good. If you like a Southern breakfast you come to the right place. I just wish that they would add salt to the grits and the gravy should be hot all the time.
Service and food wasn't up to par. I love cracker barrel but this visit was less than satisfying
The grill cook needs to be re-trained. Chicken and pork chop burnt and dry! Second bad experience in a row. Will not return to this location!
Outstanding breakfast for a great price. Excellent service. Our waitress Ryan was superb. Very cheerful and friendly. A very clean restaurant. My choice for breakfast from now on.
