The couch we bought was of very high quality and the guardian program we signed up for has amazing coverage. Julie was our sales person, and she was so personable and easy going. It made buying the couch less stressful than it should have been. The delivery drivers that brought our couch home were very polite and professional. Our experience overall was amazing!

She priced matched for us and we got it at the lowest discount she could find. We were trying to figure out financing and she helped us every step of the way. She isn't pushy and she didn't linger like some other people have done to us in the past. She let us spend about an hour talking it over in the store and would check on us every 15 minutes to see if we needed a drink or anything and then when we were ready she was right back to us. Very impressed. She will be the only person we buy furniture from going forward. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the furniture. Just over all very pleased with her and our experience at this location.
I've lived in the Spanish fort, AL area for 5 years and have purchased furniture at Ashley Furniture on three occasions. Each time was a pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful, not bothersome or pushy. Delivery was on time and everything was protected well and set up without any problems.
