DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!! The management here is very rude and uncaring!!! We have paid them almost all of the lease and then when we had a family crisis they were unwilling to help us out. They said "this is a business" which I totally understand but would have expected a little compassion since we've been dealing with them for over a year!! Just a hint Aaron's: when you treat your customers with care and respect they will be loyal to your business!!
The worst customer service, EVER. Bought a computer there and it crash less than a year after I bought it. To their credit they said they would fix it, so after 12 weeks, I was told it was fixed, went, picked it up, got it home, and nothing had been done. I was told there were problems at their repair shop (no doubt) so they sent it to some else, after 3 weeks got it back, no licensed software in it, so I had to pay microsoft $180.00 for new software, then 4 weeks later it crashed again. I had also purchased a tv, which is still working, unlike the 2 computers and dryer I purchased, and went in to make my last payment, but the person who takes the payment was to busy in the back to come out of the backroom. So someone, who confessed he did not know what he was doing, took the payment after I had been there more than 20 minutes and was now running late for work; and today, surprise, surprise, I got a call saying I need to come in and make my payment. DO NOT RENT, LEASE OR PURCHASE FROM AARONS!!! Nothing but trouble and the products break down within a year or two of purchase. I have a broken dryer, 2 computers and a sofa which will prove my case.
Read your contracts!!! The scam artists managers lie about the late fees to pocket your cash! I came in to make a payment for my husband, and they told me my payment was ten dollars more than it should have been. When I asked why, a little grease ball of a man appeared and told me that my payment was now twenty dollars more than it should have been. To make matters all the more unbelievable, he didn't know why my payment was twenty dollars higher than it had been every other month. After expressing my complete disbelief that the GM couldn't tell me what I was being charged for, he then goes on to tell me that I have been charged five dollars for everyday my payment was late. the problem with this was, my payment wasn't late, and the contract clearly stated a five dollar late fee, and a ten dollar late fees for having to come out and collect a payment, not a five dollar fee everyday. I called corporate and got matters straight, they basically said the GM is clueless and I only owed the amount I came in to pay. The straw that broke the camel's back..... They then would not take my CASH payment for the amount the corporate office told me I owed!! Stay away from these losers, they are rude intrusive, and dumb as hell.
Daniel the GM is a rude jurk! He will not fix my sofa or bed! Decress is rude if you tell him you will be in next week he will ask you so what happened to your money last week! Don't do bussiness with this aarons they suck !
We have been dealing with Arron's for 5years. Never had any problems. The sales associate are very nice a good team . Willy is our favorite. We have bought furniture and appliance and computers. Never had a problem. Great Store!
