Bartender was less than friendly. Restaurant smelled and the manager was scraping something off the glass above the salad bar. I left with out ordering anything. It’s about 6:45 on a Thursday’s and the restaurant is empty maybe 20 people!
The food was really tasty. I had a Petite steak cooked perfectly medium and my mother's frisco chicken was juicy. I can't remember the name, but the dessert was a mini apple pie with ice cream and caramel drizzle. Amazing! The wait staff was on point.
The food was decent but that's all that was decent. Before we even ordered our waitress had an excuse for everything. I wasn't even sure what I was allowed to order after being told for 15 minutes what we weren't allowed to have. She had excuses for issues we didn't even have. I never asked to share the salad bar but was given a 10 minute lecture about why I couldn't. We ordered margaritas and if anyone is wondering they aren't allowed to hold your drinks so you can only order one at a time. The margaritas were the nastiest most watered down I've ever had. We didn't ask for a refund but we're told all the excuses as to why we couldn't get one. I will not be back to Ruby Tuesdays again there are too many WAY better places to eat that serve good drinks without EXCUSES!

Service was great! The food is cooked perfectly every time we eat there. My favorite is the fried shrimp, the best in town!
