Excellent customer service! Very warm and inviting smiles from the moment I walked in the store and walked out. Very helpful staff! A lady who worked there dropped what she was doing to help us find the dog food we buy. You can tell the staff who work there love their job!

I witnessed a groomer mistreating a dog at the eastern shore center store. The dog was sweet and seemed nervous and uncomfortable. Not at all misbehaving! It really upset me to see this. I would never EVER bring my dog there for grooming.
Love this place. The staff is very nice and helpful. Ashley helped me the entire time, collecting everything I needed for my new puppy. She was honest and saved me a lot of money. Ronna is awesome, she is the trainer. She is very helpful and is dedicated to her furry clients as well as her human ones.
