We have had a terrible time trying to communicate with Alex over a claim. He is unavailable. He refuses to answer calls or return messages.
Got a quote in the mail from Alex - it was so low I decided to give them a call. Much cheaper than State Farm (who I was with) and Geico (who I was with before State Farm!) The customer service thus far has been exceptional. Will be with Alex Taylor and Chris Wolfe at Allstate for the foreseeable future :) Thanks, guys!
