I went to one of the big box home improvement stores and was ignored while looking for a new grill. Googled the product and saw that Ace Hardware carried it. Bingo! Went to this store and found exactly what I wanted for the same sale price as Lowes(whoops, can I say that?). They delivered for free and had it on my patio 20 minutes after I arrived home. Steve was great in helping me take it to the back yard and taking the old one to the curb. No more big box stores for me.
