My 87yr old Dad and I had a flat tire in Rouses parking lot . I am disabled with my back so we called Wilson's it was close to their closing time but they waited on us and fixed our tire. I want to especially thank Bobby Wilson's grandson for being so kind to my dad and checking all of our tires just in case their might have been a problem with the other tires.
I usually go to Tractor Supply in Robertsdale for propane tank refills, but today I found out that Wilsons Service Center has propane. I decided to go there as I like supporting local businesses. Last time I make that mistake with this place. Wilson's price today...$4.45 per gallon on propane. I was so surprised by my bill and thought maybe the price of propane had skyrocketed, so I called Tractor Supply, their price...$2.49 per gallon of propane.
Had my vehicle towed there, they told me it was a fuel pump after $600 they did not replace the fuel pump they replace the brake line and then ask me when I left does my truck drive like that. No my truck did not always drive like that, it was broken and they did not fix it! I was out of town from Pensacola and had to take what they gave me. I will never be back ever again.
At almost double the price, I will not be back. And if they charge those kinds of prices for propane, my guess is the overcharge for other services. Buyer beware in my opinion.
I had a problem with my Infiniti starter and considered taking it to the dealership. After speaking to the guys at Wilson's they were able to order the part i needed and got me back on the road within 24 hours for 1/3 of the price. Thank you so much
