Rude, no recollection of previous procedures performed and disregard for patients input.
I would recommend this facility to anyone.

my previous Dr with great relief! I was scheduled for the appt and instead of giving me the shots like the Botox chart shows you how, he shot it straight up both sides of my neck! Needless to say he messed my neck up sooo bad that I had to use my hands to lift my head up! The pain got 10xs worse! For 8 months I could not look down at my phone, Computer, work, ANYTHING! in 5 seconds I was in agony! After seeing another Dr for a year it has Slowly gotten better! Now I can look down a whole 5 to 7 minutes b4 agony sets in! He did the same thing to my cousin and we were complaining to each other and then found out it was the same Dr!!

Dr. Manley is awesome! He is thorough and patient. He explains everything very clearly, The staff is very rude every time we call. They answer the phone rudely and are very short. I understand they are busy but the customer service is terrible.

Wonderful staff and kind. Dr Tyler and his nurse very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what my surgery would consist of and my follow up they were fantastic
I was spoken down to and disrespected and ignored. I will never recommend anyone to this office.
