It's a wonderful bookstore with very helpful staff but the price of the book I wanted was more than $10 higher than amazon....I always try to buy from brick & moter first but refuse to pay that much extra
No greetings. Music and DVDs pricey. When had one in Mobile, Al, had a friendly personal atmosphere. Good selection. Clean. Need to arrange musicians better for finding music.

I've never had a bad experience with Barnes and Noble. Warm atmosphere, excellent cafe, and just the general aura of the place is as close to heaven as any can find.
Always smells good. Nice ambiance...relaxing, with a nice cafe attached for coffee and studying or hanging out. Good selection of books and other items. Staff is always friendly
